1. How do I track my order?

You can easily check the status of your order by visiting our Track Orders page and entering your order details. We ship your items within 3-6 business days!

2. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery usually takes between 1-3 weeks, but during busy times, it may take 2-4 weeks. If it’s taking longer than expected, feel free to contact us at lushupstore@gmail.com.

3. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We’re happy to ship LushUp products worldwide, so no matter where you are, you can enjoy our beauty essentials.

4. Can I combine multiple orders into one?

Unfortunately, we can’t combine orders after they’ve been placed. But don’t worry—we’ll make sure everything arrives as quickly as possible!

5. I made a mistake with my order! Can I change it?

If you realize you’ve made a mistake with your shipping address or product selection, contact us ASAP at lushupstore@gmail.com. If your order is already processed, we may not be able to change it, but we’ll do our best to help.
